Kære medlemmer af Dansk Hockey Union.
Som mange ved, er arbejdet med at udvikle DHU’s strategiaftale med DIF for den næste fireårige periode (2026-2029) allerede godt i gang! Efter ideudviklingsfasen med afsæt i alt fra skriftligt input fra vores medlemmer og statistikker, til vores egne visioner for hvor dansk hockey skal hen i fremtiden, blev fokus for strategien indsnævret til to overordnede spor:
SPOR 1: Maintain the business – Vores unikke “historie og værdi” og videreudvikling af kerneproduktet
SPOR 2: Growing the business – Fokus på vores samfundsansvar
Den næste fase i arbejdet med strategien er at oversætte disse strategiske overskrifter til konkrete aktiviteter og planer for strategiperioden.
Strategien kommer til at sætte rammerne for vores strategiske arbejde gennem de næste fire år. Det er altafgørende, at strategisporene konkretiseres med aktiviteter og mål, som afspejler netop det, vores medlemmer af DHU har brug for og ønsker i den fremtidige udvikling af hockeysporten i Danmark.
Derfor har vi brug for jeres input!
Vi er altid åbne for input og gode ideer, men netop nu ønsker vi særligt input vedrørende følgende udvalgte emner, som er nogle af de fokusområder indenfor de nuværende rammer for strategisporene:

De ovenstående spørgsmål er blot til inspiration – vi modtager gerne jeres input til flere aspekter af disse fokusemner. I kan også vælge at bidrage med input til ét eller flere emner, afhængigt af hvad der føles relevant for dig/jer.

Dear members of Danish Hockey Union,
As many of you already know, the development of DHU’s strategy agreement with DIF for the next four-year period (2026-2029) is well underway! The initial brainstorm phase included a focus on everything from written input from our members and demographic statistics to our own visions for the future of Danish Hockey. After much discussion, deliberation and fine tuning, the primary focus areas were grouped into two overarching strategic tracks:
TRACK 1: Maintain the business – Our unique “history and value” and further development of the core product.
TRACK 2: Growing the business – Focus on our social responsibility.
The next step is now to translate these strategic headlines into concrete activities and plans to be executed during the four-year period covered by the strategy agreement.
The agreement establishes the framework for our strategic work over the next four years. To achieve meaningful results, it is crucial that the strategic tracks are broken down into activities and goals that reflect what the members of DHU need and want in the future development of hockey in Denmark.
Therefore, we need your input!
We are always open to input and good ideas, but right now we are specifically focused on input related to the selected topics listed below. These topics represent some of the primary focus areas within the bounds of the agreed-upon strategy tracks:
- Volunteering in DHU
- What motivates you to volunteer in DHU?
- What do you need more of as a volunteer in DHU?
- How can we create the best conditions for volunteers in DHU?
- Umpire development and environment in DHU
- How can we create the best conditions for umpires in DHU? (Suggestions for specific initiatives are encouraged!)
- How can we attract more young umpires to DHU?
- What would it take for YOU to want to be an umpire in DHU?
- Development of hockey for girls and women in DHU
- What do girls and/or women need to thrive in DHU?
- Success stories – how has your club/team succeeded in developing hockey for girls and/or women?
- Do you have a proposal for a pilot project focusing on developing hockey for girls and/or women in DHU?
- Development of hockey for expats in DHU
- What do expats need to thrive in DHU?
- Success stories – how has your club/team succeeded in developing hockey for expats?
- Do you have a proposal for a pilot project focusing on developing hockey for expats in DHU?
The questions above are meant as inspiration – we will gladly accept your input on more aspects of these topics. You are also welcome to contribute with input on one or more topics, depending on what feels relevant to you.
